T.R. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, an idea competition will be organized among university students by the Center for Transportation, Maritime and Communication Research (UDHAM). In this context, we kindly ask you to share this event with the student communities you advise.
The main purpose of the idea competition is to encourage the production of projects for sector needs in line with the thematic areas and sectoral targets determined by the 2053 Transport and Logistics Master Plan and the 12th Transport and Communications Council within the scope of the activities of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and to develop the R&D culture in universities. The idea competition to be organized for this purpose is to create the ability of students to present original ideas and offer solutions and to encourage them to produce projects. It is expected that the original projects to be produced will have solution-provoking qualities by reflecting the sector conditions of our country.
Idea competition projects will be evaluated in four separate categories. Ratings will be made separately for each of the projects in the highway, railway, maritime and aviation sectors. As a result of the evaluation, various awards will be given to the most successful projects.
In the Highway, Railway, Maritime and Aviation Sector Categories;
- Category Winner: 50,000 TL,
- Category Second Place: 25,000 TL,
- Category Third Place: 10,000 TL,
- Honorable mention awards will be given.
Competition applications will be accepted between 1 November 2023 and 31 March 2024.
Applications will be made by filling out the project forms completely and sending them to the e-mail address udham@uab.gov.tr.
The Application Deadline has been determined as March 31, 2024.
